Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@maxled.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details, product information, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our facility in its original packaging.
- After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. In case of defective or damaged products, full refunds including shipping charges will be provided.
Exchanges
We allow product exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be dispatched once the original product is received and inspected.
