Warranty Coverage

MaxLed products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise on specific products).

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and components
  • Premature failure of LED chips under normal usage
  • Driver defects and electronic malfunctions
  • Workmanship issues during assembly

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or misuse
  • Improper installation or modifications by unauthorized parties
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, surges, or electrical faults
  • Wear and tear due to normal product usage
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our customer support at info@maxledglobal.com with proof of purchase and product details.
  2. Provide a clear description of the defect and, if possible, photographs or videos.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange repair, replacement, or service as per warranty terms.

Limitation of Liability

MAXLED’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
